1. Miranda Gooch
Focussing on Casting over the past decade, her first solo project ’TOOTH’, with a small budget, had a glorious cast attached, including Jim Broadbent, Harry Enfield, Sally Phillips, Stephen Fry, Richard E. Grant, Tim Dutton, Anna Wing, Jerry Hall and Vinnie Jones. Other projects include The Good Arrows (with Katie Brand) Dean Cavanagh and Irvine Welsh’s take on a dart player, which Irvine directed with Helen Grace. Gary Boulton-Brown’s True Story and feature film S.N.U.B. Miranda has worked with some of the industries best Casting Directors including Jina Jay and Nina Gold and was lucky enough to have been mentored by Phyllis Huffman (Mystic River, Million Dollar Baby etc) doing, amongst others, the Brit casting for The Blackwater Lightship. Miranda has recently diversified into the producer’s realm but continues to cast projects, drawing on her years of experience.

Current projects include Balzan’s Contract, filming in London and Malta at the end of October, with Gary Raymond and Keith Barron, two Canadian feature films The Wreck Of The Empress and Remembrance Man and of course, the ever enduring Magnificent Eleven, to be Directed by Irvine Welsh,who co-wrote with John and Peter Adams, of Angry Badger Pictures. Sean Bean, Dougrey Scott, Robert Vaughn and Paul Barber are attached.

2. Danielle Tarento
Danielle has years of experience in theatre, she was co-founder of the Menier Chocolate Factory and co-cast all of their shows between 2004 and 2006, including ‘Sunday in the Park with George’ which had a West End transfer. She then went on to be Casting Associate for Jayne Collins working on commercials, music videos and films. After which she went back to the theatre as Artistic Director of The Kings Head Theatre, again casting all the in-house productions and again receiving a West End transfer for one of them, ‘Naked Boys Singing’. Since 2009 Danielle has been freelance casting for The Union Theatre, Croyden Warehouse and The Jermyn Street Theatre, she has also cast a TV Pilot.

Since her last visit to Fuse Danielle has been a prolific producer and casting director for "Legacy Falls" Musical Charing Cross Theatre (Casting), "Parade" Southwark Playhouse, nominated for best musical Evening Standard Awards (producer & casting), "Canterbury Tales" Southwark Playhouse (casting) along with many others, she is currently producing "Pitchfork Disney" at the Arcola Theatre.

3. Hannah Birkett
Hannah Birkett has been casting film, television & commercials for 14 years. In 2003, aged just 23, Hannah won the British
Television Advertising Craft Award for ‘Best Casting’, the only award for casting of its kind in the UK, and won again in 2009, for a Cadbury’s commercial she cast (the kids with the eyebrows!).

Nowadays Hannah casts mainly commercials. Hannah has amassed great knowledge and experience which she enjoys
sharing with performers and students in career advice sessions and workshops. The workshops explore every aspect of selling an artist’s performing skills to potential employers in 2-hour sessions.

5 Shakyra Dowling
Shakyra Dowling and Kristina Erdely formed Dowling Erdely Casting in 2008, specialising in casting British independent films and European co-productions. Their first feature film Biblioteque Pascal, a Hungarian co-production, won the top Golden Reel Award at the 41st Hungarian Film Festival 2010. They are currently casting a British Independent Horror film shooting in March and a Norwegian Children’s Film and Television series. Also curenntly working on the development casting of 3 more feature films. 1. Ginny Schiller
Ginny is an experienced freelance casting director and Casting Associate at the Rose Theatre, Kingston. She has previously worked as Casting Director for the Royal Shakespeare Company, Chichester Festival Theatre, English Touring Theatre and Soho Theatre and has cast shows for the West End as well as for companies such as Bath Theatre Royal, Birmingham Rep, Bolton Octagon, Frantic Assembly, Greenwich Theatre, Hampstead Theatre, Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse, Lyric Theatre, Belfast; Oxford Playhouse, Plymouth Theatre Royal, Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, Shared Experience, the Young Vic and West Yorkshire Playhouse. Jo Adamson-Parker is a Leeds based Casting Director with over 17 years experience casting for a range of projects including Theatre, Television and Feature and short film.

1. Sarah Leung
Sarah Leung has a wealth of casting experience both in her own right and working with other established casting directors. 2. Jim Arnold
Jim has recently left the Royal Shakespeare Company after nearly 4 years to become a freelance Casting Director. During his career, he has worked alongside several casting directors including Janie Frazer, Ginny Schiller, Lucy Jenkins, Hannah Miller and Helena Palmer and has worked in theatre, TV and film casting. He has just finished working with Sam Jones on several projects including two television series for the BBC and ITV1 as well as several theatre projects for Kneehigh, Sonia Friedman Productions and National Theatre Wales amongst others. Jim is the casting director for Cherub Theatre Company, for whom last year he cast "Lingua Franca" (Peter Nichol's follow-up to "Privates on Parade") at the Finborough Theatre in London, which later transferred to the Brits off Broadway season at 59East59 Theatres in New York. He also worked on the casting of “Matilda, a Musical” for the RSC, based on the children’s book by Roald Dahl, and most recently he cast 'Pericles: Re-imagined' at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. He is currently working on a new adaptation of Frederico Garcia Lorca's 'Yerma' at The Gate Theatre in Notting Hill.

3. Daniel Edwards
Daniel was an actor for over 25 years before moving into casting in 2005.

3. Chloe Stephens
Chloe studied BA Drama and Theatre Arts at Goldsmiths College, graduating in 2007. She also trained in Clown at The Actors Space, Barcelona. 6. Brendan McNamara

Casting Director Brendan McNamara has worked in casting since 1998. Starting as a runner at Hubbard Casting, Brendan was privileged to gain experience at one of the world¹s premier casting companies. He returned to Ireland to complete a degree in Drama and Theatre Studies at Trinity College, Dublin.
After finishing his studies, he returned to Hubbard Casting working on projects such as The Bourne Supremacy, Churchill The Hollywood Years, Silver City and Omagh. He was also casting assistant for two series of Taggart.

On leaving Hubbard Casting, Brendan freelanced for several other casting companies, working on TV shows like the BBC¹s M.I. High, A Class Apart and That Summer¹s Day. He also worked on music videos for The Streets and Franz Ferdinand, and TV commercial campaigns for Tiger Beer, Direct Line and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Brendan formed Beach Casting in May 2007. Since its inception, the company has had early success in establishing a name for itself with projects like Katy Brand¹s Big Ass TV Show for ITV and The Agent, an independent British feature film directed by Lesley Manning and written by Martin Wagner.

Recently Brendan has cast an animated feature film for Warhammer 40K featuring Terence Stamp, Sean Pertwee and John Hurt, The Secret World Of Sam King for BEBO/Universal Records and new campaigns for NSPCC, McDonalds, Tesco and VW. He cast Treacle Jr., an independent British feature film directed by Jamie Thraves starring Aidan Gillen and Tom Fisher, which won Best Film at Dinard in 2010. In 2010 Brendan co-founded Dresden Pictures, a production and film development company. The company¹s first film The Why Men was shot in April 2011.

Aisha is currently Shaheen Baig's Casting Associate.
She graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Politics in 2006. The next 6 months she spent as administration trainee at Tamasha Theatre Company, where she developed an interest in casting after working closely with the director on a production.

5. DENISE SILVEY
Denise began her career in theatre over 25 years ago, spending much of that time as an actress and singer working in the West End and in film, television and radio, before moving on into production, casting and being and Agent.
Denise founded Cahoots Theatre Company in 1993. In 1999 Cahoots produced the West End revival of Starting Here, Starting Now at the Jermyn Street Theatre. She was subsequently appointed Artistic Associate of the theatre and went on to produce the musical Snap and the play Sick Dictators and to co-produce the play High Spirits with Ballantrae at the Bridewell Theatre.
In 2004 Denise received the Stage One New Producers Bursary, enabling her to cast and produce the comedy The Translucent Frogs of Quuup by Chris Larner and Mark Stevens, at the Edinburgh Festival before transferring it to the Ambassadors Theatre and the Kings Head.
During the same year whilst providing production co-ordination services to Fiery Angel Theatre Company, Denise helped take Fascinating Aida to New York where she formed the relationship with 59E59 Theaters that later enabled her to take actress and artist Kara Wilson to New York for the Brits on Broadway season. Following that season Denise entered into a co-production with the New York based Godlight Company and brought their highly successful A Clockwork Orange to Edinburgh for a sell-out season.

6. Kevin Riddle
Kevin is a Casting Associate to watch out for, he has assisted some very successful casting directors and is quickly clocking up credits. 1. Daniel Edwards
Daniel began his casting career as an assistant working with Natasha Greenberg on ‘A Very British Sex Scandal’ (Ch4), ‘Last Flight to Kuwait’ (BBC), ‘As the bell rings’ (Disney). With Marilyn Johnson on ‘Clone’ (BBC), ‘Fanny Hill’ (BBC), ‘Nearly Famous’ ( E4), ‘Caught in Trap’ (ITV) and feature ‘A congregation of Ghosts’. Then with Amanda Tabak, on numerous commercials and kids casting. He worked briefly for Suzanne Smith, Sasha Robertson and Jayne Collins on various projects before being reunited with Natasha Greenberg as associate casting director on the U.S. feature ‘The Glass House’, currently in post production. He recently finished working for Sue Jones on three feature films, ‘The Strays’, ‘The Task’ and ‘Dead Ahead’, and is currently at ‘The Bill’ working for head of casting Angela Grosvenor.

2. Tree Petts
Tree Petts has been in casting for over 10 years and specialises in commercials, promos and virals, she and has also taken on a number of drama projects, such as ‘Washdays’, winner of Best Short Film at the Rushes Soho Shorts Festival 2009. Recent work includes the award winning T Mobile ‘Singalong’ commercial shot in Trafalgar Square, other commercials include work for; Diet Coke, Nokia, John Lewis, Sony and many more. Recent music videos for Take That ‘Up All Night’ and Lily Allen’s ‘22’. Tree has also cast virals for big names such as Sky, Virgin Media and the Discovery Channel.

3. Phil Shaw
Phil Shaw trained as an actor and was formerly an agent with ITG, after which he started his own successful agency. Phil casts TV, film and commercials - recent projects include LOVE AND VIRTUE with John Malkovich, Damian Lewis, and Peter O'Toole; THE LAST POST (BAFTA nominated, with Gael Garcia Bernal), TV comedy series pilot, DECKIES; and the BAFTA/Oscar nominated
ROMANS 12:20 (which recently won first jury prize at the Los Angeles, New York and Rhode Island Festivals). He is currently working on a screen adaptation of Liz Jensen's novel WAR CRIMES FOR THE HOME; Susan Hill's psychological crime dramas, THE VARIOUS HAUNTS OF MEN and THE PURE IN HEART, the movie, GREENER GRASS for Light and Dark Films, and
in pre-production on the NBC/Sky TV mini-series 1066-Conqueror. Phil was a co-executive producer on the pilot for TV drama series, Wire in the Blood' Phil also runs an 'in demand' one-to-one consultancy for actors, is a voice and acting technique coach, and is writing a book about the interface between psychological astrology and the craft of acting.

4. Danielle Tarento
Danielle has years of experience in theatre, she was co-founder of the Menier Chocolate Factory and co-cast all of their shows between 2004 and 2006, including ‘Sunday in the Park with George’ which had a West End transfer. She then went on to be Casting Associate for Jayne Collins working on commercials, music videos and films. After which she went back to the theatre as Artistic Director of The Kings Head Theatre, again casting all the in-house productions and again receiving a West End transfer for one of them, ‘Naked Boys Singing’. Since 2009 Danielle has been freelance casting for The Union Theatre, Croyden Warehouse and The Jermyn Street Theatre, she has also cast a TV Pilot.

5. Chloe Emmerson
Chloe has years of experience casting film and TV. She worked as Casting Associate on ‘Sexy Beast’ and ‘Billy Elliot’. As casting director TV credits included; the ‘Nathan Barley’ series, ‘9/11-Out of the Blue’, ‘The Last Days of the Raj’ and Simon Schama’s ‘The Power of Art’ series. Recent film credits include; ‘New Town Killers’, ‘Dangerous Parking’, ‘The Waiting Room’ starring Anne-Marie Duff and the award winning ‘Vinyan’.

6. Tom Adams
Tom started out as an actor, then turned agent and enjoys his current position as a Casting Associate, he has therfore a practical and unique understanding of the entire casting process. Tom has assisted a variety of Casting Directors including Lucinda Syson, Marilyn Johnson, Anna Stark & Andrew Mann. He is currently Casting Associate to Jayne Collins, and has worked on TV; 'Collision' ( ITV), 'Clone' (BBC), 'Myths' (BBC), 'The Cut' ( BBC Switch). 1. Hannah Birkett
Hannah Birkett has been casting for 11 years and started working in casting whilst at University. After she graduated with a BA Hons in Media Arts with radio Broadcasting, she was employed full time. In 2003, aged just 23, Hannah won the British Television Advertising Craft Award for ‘Best Casting’, the only award for casting of its kind in the UK. In 2004 she set up Hannah Birkett Casting and since then has been working as a Casting Director in her own right. Hannah casts mainly commercials, and again won ‘Best Casting’ at the British Television Advertising Craft Awards in 2009, for a recent Cadbury’s commercial she cast (the kids with the eyebrows!).

2. Andrea Clark
Andrea’s casting work spans across, Film, TV, Commercials, Corporate, Music Videos and Idents. She has cast commercials for clients such as; BT, Coca Cola, Mastercard, Volvo, Guinness, Gillette and recently the John Lewis Christmas advert. For TV she has cast for Tiger Aspect, BBC, Warner Brothers, ABC and Hallmark. Film includes; Hellboy, The Truth About Love, Van Wilder 2, Flood, Mutant Chronicles.

3. Ginny Schiller
Ginny has vast credits in casting including resident casting director positions at Soho Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, and RSC where she cast The Complete Works season. She has worked at many companies in London and around the country including Regent’s Park, ETT, Rose Theatre Kingston, Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse, Oxford Playhouse, Bristol Old Vic, Birmingham Rep, Young Vic and Theatre Clwyd to name a few. She also has experience casting TV, Film and Radio.

4. Richard Evans
Richard Evans CDG has cast a wide variety of productions in all media since 1989 including West End shows, ‘Dancing in the Streets’ and ‘The Rat Pack’. Prior to this Richard worked as an actor for ten years. He has devised and presented audition and career development workshops at the Actors' Centres in London and Manchester, and at many top drama and theatre schools. 5. Jo Adamson
Jo Adamson has spent over 14 years casting for theatre, television and film. Her hands on approach and constant sourcing and developing of new, fresh talent bring an exciting quality to her casting. Her most recent credits include ‘The Fever Chart’ for Pilot Theatre Company, ‘ChuckleVision’ for CBBC and several short films. Recently she also cast the Leeds actors for the much talked about "Red Riding Trilogy" for Revolution Films. During 2005 – 2007 she worked predominantly casting ‘The Bill’ bringing many high profiles names to the long running series, alongside this she has excellent theatre credits, starting as casting assistant at the West Yorkshire Playhouse.

6. Sue Jones
Sue began casting 16 years ago, with Steven Berkoff's "Acapulco" at the The King’s Head Theatre, this began a 2 year period as Resident Casting Director there. She now works in all media - Film, TV, Commercials, Promos and Video Games.
Film includes: Gary Oldman's "Nil By Mouth", "Human Traffic", "Ronin" and UK casting on Robert de Niro's "The Good Shepherd". Most recently the Irish comedy “Holy Water”, horror film “The Task” and US thriller “The Fourth Kind”.
In TV Sue has worked for companies such as Hallmark and CBS and for directors like Shane Meadows and Stephen Daldry.

Groups 1 & 2

1.Kelly Valentine Hendry
Kelly is a hugely successful Casting Associate. As Associate she worked on films- ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, ‘United 93’, ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’, ‘City of Ember’, and ‘High School Musical 3’ and TV ‘Rebus’, ‘Taggart’ and ‘The Last Enemy’. As Casting Director she cast ‘Lesbian Vampire Killers’ and has a whopping six projects currently in various stages between pre and post production, including ‘Ironclad’ with Derek Jacobi, Richard Attenborough and Robert Carlyle.

2.Beth Charkham
Beth casts extensively both here and in the US. Her UK TV credits include; ‘Four Seasons’, ‘Starting Over’, ‘Angel Cake’, ‘Men Behaving Badly’, ‘Back to the Secret Garden’, ‘Silent Witness’ etc, for US TV she has worked for such big production companies as CBS, Universal, ABC, and NBC. Her film casting includes work for both US and UK; ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, ‘Endgame’ and ‘Nowhere in Africa’ (which won the Oscar for Best Foreign Film).

3.Jenny Duffy- Unfortunately Jenny has had to cancel her session.

Sarah Hughes works in the Entertainment Department of the BBC, casting and co-casting many comedies and comedy dramas.
She has also been Alan Ayckbourn’s casting director for the last 17 years, casting world premieres of Alan’s plays, and all productions at Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, plus productions in the West End, The National Theatre, RSC and on Broadway.
Freelance work includes many plays for the West Yorkshire Playhouse, Theatre Royal Northampton and other regional theatres; work for CBBC, The Children’s Company, and a number of commercials.

4.James Arnold
Jim has worked as the Casting Assistant for the Royal Shakespeare Company for 2 and a half years. He has worked alongside several casting directors including Janie Frazer, Ginny Schiller, Sam Jones, Lucy Jenkins, Hannah Miller and Helena Palmer. He is also the casting director for Cherub Theatre Company and works closely with the company's Artistic Director Michael Gieleta, casting plays at various venues around London including the Finborough and Arcola Theatres. Most recently he cast Tom Stoppard's 'Artist Descending a Staircase' at the Old Red Lion.

5.Anna Kennedy
Anna has cast many, many short films. She now moves into casting feature films with two projects being finished this year- thriller ‘Legarcy’ with Idris Elba (The Wire and The Office) and ‘Pimp’ with Billy Boyd and Danny Dyer.
